These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meno mobile application ("Application", "App", "Service"), available on iOS and Android, developed and operated by the Meno team ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Meno. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Meno provides:
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Meno subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. By subscribing, you authorize us (via the App Store or Google Play) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription purchases, including cancellation and turning off auto-renewal, are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have the ability to process payments, cancellations, or refunds on their platforms — please use your device's subscription settings or contact Apple/Google support directly.
To generate meal plans, Meno asks for information such as your country, supermarket, budget, household size, cooking days, dietary requirements, allergies, dislikes, favourite cuisines, and what's in your pantry ("Profile Data"). By using the App, you:

Meno is a meal-planning tool, not a medical, nutrition, or dietary service. Meal plans, recipes, ingredient lists, calorie and macro estimates, and prices are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always check ingredient lists yourself before shopping or cooking — particularly if you or anyone you're cooking for has a food allergy or intolerance. Do not rely solely on Meno for allergen safety. Consult a qualified physician, dietitian, or other professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
The Application, including its design, features, and content (excluding your Profile Data), is owned by the Meno team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Application and delete your data at any time from within the app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription period, except as required by law or platform policy.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated meal plans, recipes, or price estimates will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Meno team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including reliance on any meal plan, recipe, ingredient list, or price estimate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where required, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Meno team operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
